The Western Cavaliers final played their games versus MATC-Milwaukee gaining a split with the Stormers. The Cavs won the first game 5-3 and dropped the second game in extra innings 8-9. With the split the Cavs move one step closer to earning a trip to the Region XIII Playoffs. The Cavs will need to win one game at the Conference Tounrnament to secure a playoff berth. The Cavs record now sits at 12-13.
The Conference Tournament is set for April 30th. Game schedule is as follows: Madison Tech vs. Milwaukee Tech @ 1:00 PM, Madison Tech vs. Western Tech @ 4:30, Milwaukee Tech vs. Western Tech @ 7:30. All Games are played at Robin Roberts Field on the MATC-Madison Campus.
NOTES: With the Midwest weather, the Cavs have cancelled or postponed 1o games this season.
